I really, really want you to be thrilled with your purchase! I know that you have a lot of choices out there, and want to make your experience with us the best it can be.

I offer refunds for unwashed, unworn, and unused items, with all tags attached. Items must be in BRAND NEW condition. All marked down, outlet, and sale items, jewelry, bodysuits, and gift cards are final sale and not returnable.

If you would like to use our self-serve returns feature, simply log into your account with your email at account.twobluesister.com within 30 days of delivery. Click your order, then "Manage", then "Request return".

You can also email me directly at kathy@twobluesister.com to request your return, or reach us via our contact page.

If you would like a different size just let meknow! An exchange may be possible if the item is still in stock.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a free USPS shipping label via email. Simply repackage your item, attach the label, and drop it any mailbox. The returned item must be scanned on its way back to us within 35 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once we receive your returned merchandise. Credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement. If you used a gift card and a credit card to complete your purchase, the gift card will be refunded first.

I reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the item has been visibly worn, altered, or damaged.

I ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped from my warehouse in northern Virginia, right outside of Washington, DC. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

If an item or size you want is out of stock, please choose the size you'd like on the product page, and click the 'Notify Me When Available' button. I'll send you an email if the item is restocked!

I ship my orders very quickly! But if you need to edit your order, please email me at kathy@shoptwoblue.com right away and let me know. I will do my best to help you. I cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

I accept all major credit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo.

At this time I only ship within the US and Canada.

I have so many different brands that there is not one specific size chart but don't worry! I try to provide detailed and accurate fit information in the product descriptions.

Please order what you feel is the correct size, and I'll take care of you if it doesn't fit.

For all US orders, I'll send you a free USPS mailing label to use within 30 days of delivery if the item doesn't fit. You can choose a full refund, or an exchange if I have it in stock.

For Canadian orders, just ship the item back to me and you'll receive a full refund plus a $15 USD credit towards your next purchase.
